You really need to be under the care of a pulmonary physician.
There are many good medications available that will let you live a normal life.
Why haven’t you been taking anything for it?
If your asthma is bad enough to make you wheeze constantly you need a daily inhaler. Wheezing is hard on your lungs so do what you can to treat this.
Exercising will help to control your asthma because your body becomes more efficient at getting oxygen and because when you’re fit your body doesn’t have to work as hard at everyday activity. But exercise will not eliminate your asthma.
There are seveal medications for asthma treatment (not just the ones you see advertised on TV) so talk to your doctor about trying one. I’ve had asthma since I was kid, but since I keep it under control, it rarely bothers me.
there is no cure for asthma, which is why doctor’s try to manage it. exercise and working yout lungs are a great way to get your lungs adjusted to their handicap, however, you may always have asthma. triggers such as smoking, second-hand smoke, dust, dander, pollen, mold and others may bring it back into action.
i’m sorry hon, it is a disease… i have it too. it gets better, u just have to know your body.
I’ve had asthma my whole life, and have never found any exercise or medicine that cures it. Ask your doctor about a daily inhaler or pills. I tried several before I found one that controls the symptoms quite well. Different things work for different people, so go to your regular doctor or a specialist and see what they can do. One prescribed a medication, gave me some samples and I went on my way – once we found the one that worked for me, I stuck with it.
