you should get an appt. asap because it can be something serious. And it could lead to extreme damages to your health. However it could be other allergies (pollen?)
I believe this appointment is too far away. Spring is when all the trees, grasses, etc emit large amounts of pollen and you could be becoming more sensitive to these allergens, thus noticing worsening asthma symptoms this year. It sounds as if you might be ready for some daily maintenance medications to keep your symptoms under control. You might want to call and see if you can either get some temporary meds now while you wait for your appointment or get your appointment moved up sooner. Then, your physician can determine exactly what is going on and what is needed to keep your symptoms under control.
Yes – I’d definitely try to schedule an earlier appt. If you wait to long, you will get worse. Tell them it’s an emergency! The longer you go untreated, the worse it gets and could land you in the hospital!
