I don’t have asthma but I don’t think you can develope it, I’m really not sure though, but I think that you can only inherit it. Ask you parents if anybody in your family have had asthma. But, I’m not sure.
I can’t answer whether or not you have asthma, I’m not a doctor. I am an indoor air quality consultant. And I can tell you unequivocally that you need an Air Purifier. Your allergies are most likely triggered by your indoor environment, because they are bad at night. An Ecoquest Ecobox in your bedroom will almost certainly help you.
i have severe asthma and have had it all my life. it kinda sounds like it but it actually sounds like you either have pnemonia or walking/exercising asthma. there is a difference between regular asthma and exercising asthma. regular asthma is when you have an asthma attack just sitting down while watching tv. exercise asthma is when you try to exercise or walk long distances or do some kind of activity you have an asthma attack. i would suggest that you see your doctor about it. it sounds like you are just getting sick. but being sick can sometimes lead to asthma later on. it happened to my sister. my whole family has asthma. lol. it will be ok though if you do have asthma. i learnt to live with it as an obstacle and not a disease. last year i had about 20+ asthma attacks in just 2 months. it was a bad year for me to say the least. that is all i have for now and i hoped i answered your questions. if you are seriously intrested in knowing more about it feel free to email me. i will be more than happy to help you out in any way that i can. i hope to hear from you in the future and good luck and keep breathing! lol.
