Talk to your specialist or switch to a new one and ask them about the beginning stages of COPD Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.. Unless you drink a lot of milk or milk contain products which will cause the phlegm
It doesn’t sound like you have asthma
I unfortunately don’t have an answer for you but I thought you’d want to know that you don’t suffer alone. It’s been 2 years for me and although it is better, it is by no means controlled at a level that is satisfactory to me.

i was recently diagnosed with COPD and it sounds like that may be what you have.
