Yeah, those are most of the signs of asthma, and it is worst in the winter. I would suggest going to a doctor and having him prescribe you a quick-use inhaler or a nebulizer that uses albuterol, thats the good stuff. I have asthma and both of those work very well. come out of the closet
it sounds like its asthma i would go to your doctor to tell him about the problem and he might give you some inhalers to help you get on with the day to day activities
yes, start doing yoga. Yoga improves the functioning of the body’s immune system. Research indicates frequent yoga practice increases the body’s resistance to infections along with its local resistance to the respiratory tract infections. Yogic rest and relaxation decrease the activity of the nervous system, thus speeding up recovery. Besides the unique resources of Yoga like Abhyasa (frequent, steady practice) and Vairagya (detachment) offer holistic healing.
For optimum results, perform all the practices of Yoga Asanas, Cleansing Methods and Pranayama. Focus more on cleansing methods like Jala Neti and Sutra Neti, Vaman Dhauti and pranayamas like Kapalbhati, Anuloma-Viloma, Ujjayi, Surbyabhedana and Bhramari.
