You can ask your doctor to take you through a breather test, its an instrument in which you blow..
also explain your condition to her.. better still go to her right after excerising and ask her to see your chest..
it might be asthma.. but i am an asthmatic and i CANNOT possibly run for 4 MILES..!!!
    hope this help!!!

    YES!
IT is hard to say for sure if it is, and can really only be diagnosed when you’re having an exacerbation!
Or when you get sick and have a cough a wheeze WILL be heard through a stethoscope.
Your best bet is to try a preventer and reliever, take the preventer everyday, and take a few puffs of the reliever before you exercise and see if that helps.

    Help us more…

Where did you walk? any trees unusual plants around you may be allergic to?

Did you come in contact with a cat/dog?
    anything that can help.

Asthma is usually triggered by an allergen and if you’re out exercising and you have your reliever on you, take 2 puffs and you will have some relief.

Might have to change your route?
