    Antibiotics may be prescribed for more serious symptoms related to mycoplasma pneumonia. Home care includes rest and a high-protein diet with adequate fluids. Possible complications of M. pneumonia include severe pneumonia, so it may take another month or so until you begin to feel more normal.
