It is possible you have had a panic attack causing it but I highly doubt it if it just started happening. I also have asthma and due to the flu going around and allergy factors being higher than normal I had to bust out my inhaler for the first time in about 5 years. When I have gone to work out each day it gets worse because I am making my lungs work harder. Keep your inhaler with you at all times, and maybe start taking breathing treatments regularly. Good luck and I hope it gets better!
