You need to go to a doctor. A co-worker had similar symptoms and was diagnosed with very high cholestrol and with a very high risk of heart attack. Anybody at any age could have this problem…..
Those are symptoms of a heart attack, but I wouldn’t think it would be in progress for a year. It sounds like a combination of asthma and possibly sleep apnea. Your body isn’t resting well and thats probally from sleep apnea. I have seen this alot in my patients. Ask your doctor about getting a sleep study. And don’t stress, that will make it worse I promise!

u should not worry.do ETT.it unusual for a lady of 27 experiencing heart attack if there is no positive family history.it may be hypochondriasis.
