If you cant breath at all,its needless to say that you nee to go to the E.R. And if your ever at home with no medication at all but ur not in the asthma attack yet,and your just breathing hard.try to drink some hot water,something warm to relax the muscles.umm if you have some type of eucalyptus product use it.and you could try to boil some water and put ur face over the water.but put a towel or rag over your head when your face is over the water to keep the moisture in.

If your medications are not working, then it is way pass the ” home remedy ” stage. Get to the hospital ASAP!!!!
