Feed your dog a high quality diet.. good diet means good skin and coat, which will mean less dander produced.
Brush your dog daily to remove dead hair, dander, and debris from his coat.. preferably, do it outside.
Vaccuume daily to remove hair and dander from the environment.
Try to limit letting the dog up on furniture.. your mom’s bedroom should also be a “dog free zone”
A good conditioning bath once a month may also help.. do not over bathe tho or you will dry out the skin.
That’s about all you really can do.
Air filters may also help.. make sure the filter on the furnace/ac is clean.. you can also clean ductwork. If you have box fans, get the type of furnace fulters that you cut to fit, and attatch them to the back of the fan to help prevent them from blowing dust and dander thru the house.
Get her some zyrtec. It’s and over-the-counter allergy medicine. It should help. Also, make sure to vacuum and dust your your house on a pretty regular basis. It wouldn’t help to give your dog a bath every week as well; this should keep the amount of shedding and dander to a minimum.

Twice everyday, brush your dog outside like in the yard. Plus bathe him every week.

If you totally soak the dog down with water at least once a week, it will reduce the amount of dander that is shed, and that should help some.
