I wouls advise going to the doctor to get this checked as they are the only ones qualified to truly answer this question. Good luck!

Sounds a bit out of the ordinary, even for just having had a baby. Maybe you should have a checkup to make sure everything is ok, and that your meds are still what you need. As a mom, you know how important your health is, not only to you, but to your baby.

If you are taking advair and albuterol you should be careful. It say so on the packaging.

These meds both make your heart rate change.

    Talk to your doctor.

Maybe LONG just walks are the best for now.

Headache is never normal. Of course I have the standard answer of “call your doctor”. You’re on a lot of meds.

    Dehydration???

You might try putting your feet in cool water after your workout to draw the blood into them to warm them up. It will help the throbbing in your head.

But, your minerals sound depleted also. You may need some coral calcium.

It initially strikes me as an exercised-induced asthma. Maybe your asthma was well under control, but pregnancy put a terrible strain on your body.

Also, the heat from exercise can give you a headache.

HOWEVER, the pain when you breathe…really hits me. That’s where I draw a blank and think you should be asking this of your doc.

this sounds like a question for your doctor, not us, but i would say you are taking your heart rate too high if it is hitting 200.. keep it around 160-180 max, even a little lower would be ok.. poor breathing and too high a heart rate may be cause for complaint. are you breathing ok? or do you find yourself holding your breath when you exercise? try these things and if you still have problems, see your doctor. maybe something else is causing this.
