<a href="">Ronald Mapp</a>

I am a respiratory therapist and deal with asthma education a lot. As for your period it is due to elevated hormone levels. If it is that bad go to a free clinic and get put on birth control you can skip your period if you take them with out the pause in the middle( ask the dr about it ).. But more then likely it is the chemicals your breathing you need to wear a mask or if you must do the projects try to do them by an open window. You can try some allergy meds with anti-histamine to alleviate the symptoms or even primatine if you can find it ( just don't over do it it it has a lot of heart effects) If all else fail try to find someone with albuterol it's pretty safe and should help. But if it is as bad as you say you need to go to the er and get financial aid because you may get much worse or it maybe something else.
