Try getting her to drink some hot coffee. For some reason, this seems to help open the bronchial tubes. Also have her stand in the bathroom and run a hot shower to steam up the bathroom… this will help her breathe somewhat better as well. And try to coach her back to normal breathing… take deep breaths with her.
This is only temporary measures but she really should see a doctor. There has got to be some assistance with medical bills so check with the doctor or receptionist and I am sure they will help guide her with this.

Hi! She may try taking these Nutrilite supplements; Protein, Multi-vitamin,Vitamin B complex, vitamin C, wheatgerm, vitamin A (multi-carotene), garlic, salmon fish Oil (Omega 3), iron. My family has been using them to maintain our health expecially me and my hubby have health conditions. Both of us have hypertension while my hubby alone is a diabetic. As for myself, I got other health condition like rheumatoid arthritis, anaemia, etc. but have since normalised except for my hubby’s blood sugar that needs “balancing act” as it will fluctuate if not properly maintained. However, if you are else where in the world then you can get from any Amway distributors in your own country.

Lastly, please know thjat supplements are not medicine and it’s purpose is not ot cure but rather it is to improve one’s health by nourishing the body with the nutrients which has already been made in such a way that can be easily absorbed by our body.

For people with health condition, please do not neglect medicines prescribed by doctors and also must observe follow-ups regularly so that the health condition can be monitored professionally.

Just a little contribution…..Hope you’ll find it helpful.

I wouldhave this suggestion…Completely clean her house Washing curtains, carpets walls door frames pictures etc on the wall..Minimize the things she has in the house as less is best.. Also very important vaccum mattress. Wash all bedding and then put in drier after you bring it in from the clothes line. Check there is nothing in the garden that is causing problem.. And when she gets so money here in New Zealand we have a new atimusier called seretide not serivent. Everyone using it cant say enough good things about it me encluded..Best of luck

use her inhaler. If she does not have one go buy a primatine mist inhaler ($ 7.95 at Wal Mart) or bronchaid tablets ($11.00 at Wal Mart) Also get her to take regularly an allergy medication like Claratin or Alavert. Robitussin DM will help clear the mucus in her lungs and make the cough more productive. Clean her house for her removing all allergy triggers like animals hair dust ect. Make sure you use cleaners that are low in fumes and that do not bother her. Both of my children are asthmatic and we have found that vinegar, baking soda, and bleach will get just about everything clean without causing an asthma attack. You can also buy products by 7th generation that are allergy free and eco-safe

Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial in the lungs, which are the upper part of the lungs. The fact that is combined with asthma makes it even worse. This needs medical attention and should NOT be ignored. I understand her money situation, been there. Have her to go the ER if she is not able to breathe. People can die rather quickly with these complications. She should be seen right away seeing as how Respiratory problems take precedence over everything else, yes, even cardiac problems. Good luck.

if she can’t go to a free clinic then she needs to drink a lot of water and take vitamins e and c daily.
